IDEFINITION OF ACCREDITED INVESTOR:
You qualify as an accredited investor if you meet any of these criteria:
a) Individual annual income exceeding $200,000;
b) Joint annual income with spouse exceeding $300,000; or
c) Individual or joint net worth over $1,000,000 (excluding primary residence)
